Willa is an original hand-drawn character by Whitney of Inspired Floral Designs NYC, created with pencil, watercolors, pastels, acrylics, and markers. Whitney's signature style is bold and intentionally exaggerated — oversized eyes, dramatic lashes, larger-than-life lips. These are not portraits. They're characters.
