Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

If any of our products arrive damaged we will work with you to replace it. Please note Whitney personally inspects all scarves and other products before shipment. We are happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure you are a satisfied customer.  

Product Quality

Please note: Silk is a delicate fabric, prone to wrinkling and snagging. Features such as visible stitches and loose threads are natural characteristics and do not impact the overall appearance of your silk. Each scarf has its own unique texture and feel.  If you have any questions, we’re happy to assist—feel free to reach out.

We take great pride in our product design and quality and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online or at our pop-up events.  We are committed to excellent customer service.

We accept returns on items in their original condition that have no signs of wear, usage or damage for a full refund. You have 15 days from the day your order was delivered to apply for a return request and send back the items to be eligible for a refund.

Email us at inspiredfloraldesignsnyc@inspiredfloraldesignsnyc.com with 'RETURN' in the subject line and include your reason for return and order number.

Please note: The item that you are returning should not be worn or damaged and should be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging was damaged, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us. 

REFUND

Upon receipt of your package, we will process the refund, which takes approximately 3-5 business days. At the moment, we do not cover the shipping fees for any returns. The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable.

Please note that all items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ are non-returnable.
