1. Where are you located?

We are an online business based in NYC. All of our scarves are original designs, painted and designed by Whitney and Barbara in NYC, then ethically printed, cut, and sewn internationally.

2. Is the fabric machine washable?

Silk fabric should be DRY CLEANED.

3. Are your scarves made with sustainability in mind?

Please note that production of the scarves is sustainable, with minimal water usage and reduced fabric waste output.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabric and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Ink are utilized.

We hold very small stock for pop-up events. We do not produce products beyond need. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions.

4. How long does it take to receive product after placing the order?

Since most of our products are made to order, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for production, then another 4-7 days for shipping. Greeting cards and candles are usually quicker.

We also keep a small selection of scarves in stock that are ready to ship right away. Please reach out if you would like to know which designs are available for immediate delivery.

5. Do you have a return/refund policy.

Returns

If any of our products arrive damaged we will work with you to replace it. Please note Whitney personally inspects all scarves and other products before shipment. We are happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

Product Quality

Please note: Silk is a delicate fabric, prone to wrinkling and snagging. Features such as visible stitches and loose threads are natural characteristics and do not impact the overall appearance of your silk. Each scarf has its own unique texture and feel. If you have any questions, we’re happy to assist—feel free to reach out.

We take great pride in our product design and quality and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online or at our pop-up events. We are committed to excellent customer service.

We accept returns on items in their original condition that have no signs of wear, usage or damage for a full refund. You have 15 days from the day your order was delivered to apply for a return request and send back the items to be eligible for a refund.

Email us at inspiredfloraldesignsnyc@inspiredfloraldesignsnyc.com with 'RETURN' in the subject line and include your reason for return and order number.

Please note: The item that you are returning should not be worn or damaged and should be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging was damaged, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.

REFUND

Upon receipt of your package, we will process the refund, which takes approximately 3-5 business days. At the moment, we do not cover the shipping fees for any returns. The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable.

Please note that all items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ are non-returnable.

6. Where do you ship?

Currently we are only shipping in the U.S. Stay tuned for updates regarding international shipping.

We are pleased to offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, shipping is $5.00

Please note that we are a made-to-order small company, so kindly allow additional time for production before shipping. Production on scarves and other products is usually 1-2 weeks.
