1. Where are you located?
We are an online business based in NYC. All scarves are original designs and created here in NYC then ethically printed, cut and sewn in the UK.
2. Is the fabric machine washable?
Silk fabric should be DRY CLEANED but can be hand washed with gentle silk detergent.
3. Are your scarves made with sustainability in mind?
Please note that production of the scarves is sustainable, with minimal water usage and reduced fabric waste output. Our designs are produced by a wonderful company that makes sustainability a priority. They are built from the ground up observing good practice, such as "waste not want not," and progressive sustainability.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabric and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Ink are utilized.
We hold no stock, nor do we produce products beyond need. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions. All scarves and totes are made to order.
4. How long does it take to receive product after placing the order?
Since our products are made to order, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for production, then another 4-7 days for shipping. Greeting cards are usually quicker since we have those in stock on a regular basis.
5. Do you have a return/refund policy.
All sales on scarves are final.
If any of our products arrive damaged we will work with you to replace it. Please note Whitney personally inspects all scarves and other products before shippment. We are happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
6. Where do you ship?
Currently we are only shipping in the U.S. Stay tuned for updates regarding international shipping.
