The Heart of Our Mission When you place an order with us, something remarkable happens halfway around the world. Every purchase plants 3 trees for forest gardens in sub-Saharan Africa and provides 1.8 days of education and nutrition for children in India. That's not a rounding number or a marketing line - it's a commitment we make with every single order. Our purpose on this earth is to help each other.
Why Trees? In sub-Saharan Africa, 422 million people live below the poverty line — surviving on less than $700 per year. Smallholder farmers produce around one-third of the world's food, yet they are often among the poorest and most food-insecure people on the planet. Unsustainable monocrop farming depletes the soil, leaves families vulnerable to total crop failure, and drives deforestation and biodiversity loss.
The Solution: Forest Gardens Forest Gardens are a sustainable, regenerative farming model that transforms lives and landscapes. Through Trees for the Future, farmers receive the tools, training, and support needed to create thriving, biodiverse gardens that:
- Restore degraded soil and rebuild ecosystems
- Provide year-round food security and nutrition
- Generate sustainable income through diverse crops
- Protect against climate change and environmental collapse
- Empower families to break cycles of poverty
With 4 years of training and mentorship, farmers cultivate Forest Gardens that dramatically improve their quality of life and the health of the planet.

Why Education? 84 million children in India do not receive an education, perpetuating a multi-generational cycle of poverty, hunger, and suffering. The Solution: Yellow Rooms Yellow Rooms are classrooms established in the heart of impoverished communities — safe spaces that uplift children mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They are more than classrooms; they are sanctuaries of safety, learning, and possibility.
Through our partnership with Yellow Rooms, every order funds 1.8 days of learning and meals for a child in need. The program operates using a "whole child" model, supporting:
